Take Action

“If you try and lose then it isn't your fault. But if you don't try and we lose, then it's all your fault.”  - Orson Scott Card

"Throughout history, it has been the inaction of those who could have acted; the indifference of those who should have known better; the silence of the voice of justice when it mattered most; that has made it possible for evil to triumph." Haile Selassie

"You were born for such a time as this."  - Esther 4:14

Vaccine Concerns

Get Prepared

For Patients

For Employees

  • Give your employer a Notice of Liability if they are mandating or considering mandating the vaccine.

    • Employers are putting themselves at great liability by asking you to get a medical treatment as a NEW condition of employment. You did not take the job with this as a requirement and if they fire you because you will not submit to policy. they are hoping you do not realize that this policy was not in effect when you were hired and thus they must accommodate you.

    • DO NOT QUIT YOUR JOB! File a notice of liability with them and keep record of the date you did this.

    • This will help them push back against the people forcing them to do a mandate. They will have to balance the cost of lawsuits vs. the fines Biden administration may impose.

  • Know your rights!

    • EEOC Religious Discrimination

      • Religion is very broadly defined for purposes of Title VII.  Religious beliefs can include unique beliefs held by a few or even one individual; however, mere personal preferences are not religious beliefs.

      • "The Supreme Court has made it clear that it is not a court’s role to determine the reasonableness of an individual’s religious beliefs, and that “religious beliefs need not be acceptable, logical, consistent, or comprehensible to others in order to merit First Amendment protection.” An employee’s belief, observance, or practice can be “religious” under Title VII (of the Civil Rights Act of 1964) even if the employee is affiliated with a religious group that does not espouse or recognize that individual’s belief, observance, or practice, or if few – or no – other people adhere to it."

      • Title VII requires employers to accommodate religious beliefs, practices and observances if the beliefs are “sincerely held” and the reasonable accommodation poses no undue hardship on the employer.

        • Employers must prove that accommodating you is an undue hardship. For two years, our businesses have been operating with reasonable accommodation without vaccination, so there is no reason for them denying a religious exemption.
